Episode 7 | Perfectionism Is Not A Virtue
Perfectionism is not an ideal. Often, the want to do something perfectly can turn into a hyper-focus of ONLYwanting to do thing perfectly or not t al. We are not meant o be perfectionist, and often God wants us to step out of our comfort zones, and stetch u, and allow us to trust in Him.

In this episode, Trina and Kendyl share their own stories on how perfectionism started to creep into their own lives and how they started to learn how to let go of trying to control every moment.

Why We Started A Podcast
We became friends after attending the best university in the world together (Texas A&M University…can I get a WHOOP?). There we both discovered normal people our age living out their faith vibrantly and joyously. We wanted in. We got placed in a small group together through our parish and bonded over lots of sunset watching, coffee dates, studying, and a growing love of the saints.

One of the things that most radically affected us was Pope John Paul II's call for "saints without cassocks, without veils" - saints that were ordinary, lay men and women.
As we started nearing graduation we realized we both wanted to take this call to seriously live out virtue and radical holiness in our future jobs and vocations, and we wondered what this would look like away from our strong community - and so we decided to start Worthy Living.
Why a Podcast?
Often its easy to lose sight of your calling to be a saint when you feel alone in mission, have no accountability, and lack support. We wanted simply to share our lives, friendship, and mission with you - to urge you to become the person you are meant to be. We wanted to give you someone in your corner.

The podcast is an easy way to join in our conversation - you can plug in your headphones, press play, and voila!
